The Slag Burner is the machine that roasts slag into burnt slag. Burnt slag is the input the Kinetic Slag Press needs to produce gold, so the Slag Burner is an essential link in the gold chain.

How it works
The Slag Burner uses heat — usually lava — to roast slag:
- Place lava in a filter.
- Run slag over the top of the lava.
- The slag is roasted into burnt slag as it passes.
You can also ignite it manually instead of using lava — a Flamethrower or a rocket launcher loaded with napalm will do the job.
Where it fits
The full chain is:
Slag → (Slag Burner) → Burnt Slag → (Kinetic Slag Press) → Gold + Seed
Because the Slag Burner sits upstream of the press, a steady burnt-slag supply is what keeps your gold line from stalling. Get the burn right, and the rest of the line runs itself.
